Marketing Director

Rosewood Assisted Living

The Assisted Living Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Key responsibilities include:

Lead Generation: Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels.
Marketing Campaigns: Developing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the facility's services and attract new residents.
Community Relations: Maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and the community to foster positive perceptions.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
The role requires a strong understanding of the senior living industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
