Digital Product Manager - B2B eCommerce
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Digital Product Roadmap & Backlog Management
- Improve the Find, Decide, Buy customer journey
- Drive Product Discovery, Search, Merchandising & Promotions
- Optimize Pricing Experience and Conversion Funnels
- Gather and leverage Voice of Customer (VoC) insights
- Define User Stories, Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
- Partner with UX, Engineering, Analytics & Business Teams
- Lead MVP definition, delivery & iterative improvements
- Execute A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing & Experimentation
- Monitor Product Analytics, KPIs & Conversion Metrics
- Drive Customer Experience Optimization and Business Outcomes
Required Experience:
✔️ 8+ years of Digital Product Management experience
✔️ 5+ years managing products through the full product lifecycle
✔️ 3-5 years of eCommerce Product Management experience
✔️ Expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmaps, Backlogs & Agile Delivery
✔️ Strong experience with:
- Customer Journey Optimization
- Product Discovery & Search
- Merchandising & Promotions
- Pricing Experience
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Product Analytics & KPIs
- A/B & Multivariate Testing
- UX & Design Thinking
- MVP Delivery
Preferred:
⭐ B2B eCommerce experience
⭐ Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Regulated Industries experience
⭐ Global Digital Product Delivery experience
⭐ Enterprise eCommerce Platform experience
