Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Drive the modernization and automation of financial planning, reporting, and analytics for the Global Commercial Office by transforming manual processes into scalable dashboards, enhancing transparency, and supporting data-driven decision-making through cross-functional collaboration. Employment type: Contract through March 2027 Pay Information: $60-75/hour (W2) + benefits Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Role Overview As a Contractor, you will partner with Commercial Finance, Analytics, and Data teams to deliver automation projects, streamline reporting, and develop impactful dashboards. Your efforts will enhance data accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and enable leaders to act swiftly on insightful metrics. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that support strategic decisions in a fast-paced, global environment. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, you will establish governance, define requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Day in the Life Lead project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication for FP&A automation efforts Collaborate with analytics teams to convert manual reports into automated dashboards Map and optimize current FP&A processes to eliminate redundancies Develop and document KPI definitions, reconciliation logic, and reporting standards Support recurring financial reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 7+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or business analytics Proven experience building dashboards and improving financial reporting solutions Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation skills Skilled in partnering with Data, BI, and IT teams to deliver reporting solutions Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar platforms (Preferred) Experience in global, matrixed organizations, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or manufacturing (Preferred) MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree (Preferred) What We Believe In Celarity believes a key part of creating happy careers is first creating inclusive connections for ALL talent through exposure and access.
