As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high-performing Sales Closer — a confident, design-aware professional who can lead clients from vision to signed contract. This is not a passive or order-taking role. This is a frontline revenue-driving position for someone who knows how to close high-ticket deals and thrives in a performance-based environment. You will own the full sales cycle — from initial consultation and site visit to design alignment, presentation, and closing the deal . This role requires both a closer’s mindset and a strong design eye , as you will guide clients through both vision and investment. We operate without territorial limits — you go where the opportunity is . Our projects span high-end residential and commercial spaces including luxury homes, country clubs, hotels, and restaurants , working with high-net-worth individuals and premium brands. Your Responsibilities Will Include Client Prospecting Work opportunities across South Florida and beyond — no territory restrictions; go where the deal makes sense Manage and convert company-provided leads while actively generating your own pipeline Build and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, builders, architects, designers, and commercial partners Engage in both residential and commercial opportunities (country clubs, hotels, restaurants, etc.) Own and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities from first contact through close Track all activity, pipeline, and deal progression within CRM systems Client Discovery & Visioning Conduct in-home consultations and on-site meetings with residential and commercial clients Perform site surveys, take measurements, and gather all necessary project details Lead conversations with confidence, establishing trust quickly with high-level clientele Align design vision with budget early in the process to maintain deal viability Position SYZYGY as a white-glove, luxury solution through expertise and client experience Design Development & Concept Creation Create initial sketches, markups, and conceptual layouts to bring client vision to life Translate field measurements and client input into clear direction for the design team Collaborate with internal design and engineering to finalize renderings and pricing Act as the bridge between client vision, design execution, and budget control Ensure designs are both visually compelling and financially aligned to close Client Presentation & Sales Experience Lead high-impact presentations of design concepts, proposals, and pricing Control the sales process from presentation through final decision Overcome objections, create urgency, and maintain deal momentum Confidently ask for the sale and close high-ticket deals Deliver a true white-glove luxury experience while driving toward contract execution Project Coordination & Handoff Maintain organized and accurate client records within CRM Ensure all measurements, notes, approvals, and project details are complete Partner with internal teams for a seamless transition from sale to production Clearly communicate client expectations, design intent, and scope during handoff What We’re Looking For Proven Closer: Demonstrated success closing high-ticket sales ($75K+ strongly preferred) Industry Experience: Background in outdoor living, construction, home improvement, or luxury residential/commercial sales In-Home / Outside Sales Expertise: Comfortable running consultations, site visits, and closing in person Design Awareness: Ability to guide aesthetic decisions and create initial concepts or sketches Hunter + Closer Mentality: Comfortable working both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities Command Presence: Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and commercial decision-makers Results-Driven: Motivated by performance, commissions, and winning deals Process-Oriented: Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM usage Technically Fluent: Comfortable with measurements, basic layouts, and digital tools Luxury Mindset: Understands urgency, responsiveness, and elevated client expectations Benefits & Perks Compensation Flexibility: Base salary of $45k - $55k + Commission (negotiable based on experience) Uncapped Commission: No cap on earnings — higher commission structures available with lower base options High Earning Potential: Top performers earn $150K–$300K+ annually Leads Provided + Expectation to Self-Generate: Strong pipeline exists, with opportunity to expand your own book of business Health & Wellness: 100% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off: PTO eligibility after 90 days Paid Holidays: Christmas through New Year’s + standard holidays Wellness Wednesdays: Weekly mindfulness and yoga sessions Gym Reimbursement Program On-Site Chiropractic Care Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into senior sales, commercial division, or leadership roles Job Type & Location Full-time, in-person role (not remote).
