This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be visible, hands-on, and influential—partnering with operations, coaching leaders, and helping shape a culture where people go home safe and proud of the work they do.

What You'll Do
- Be a trusted partner on the floor, coaching and supporting leaders and employees on safe work practices
- Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring we learn and improve—not just document
- Deliver and facilitate engaging safety and compliance training that actually sticks
- Help maintain regulatory compliance while keeping things practical and actionable
- Collaborate across teams to drive improvements in safety performance and metrics
- Serve as a key connection point with external agencies and emergency responders when needed

What You Bring

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $60,000 - $88,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
