Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description We are a general dentistry practice currently looking for a full-time Receptionist. Our administrative team is dedicated to providing excellent quality, service, and patient satisfaction. The Receptionist plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all patient interactions, ensuring smooth communication and helping maintain access to care. Responsibilities of the Dental Receptionist (including but not limited to): - Greet and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner, both on the phone and in person. - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. - Educate patients on their treatment plans and financial responsibilities. - Verify insurance benefits, communicate financial obligations, and collect payments. - Maintain and organize patient records, including forms and documentation. - Handle billing procedures with accurate data entry of patient information. - Send patient statements and insurance claims promptly. - Respond to patient inquiries and requests for information. - Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy. - Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations. Salary Range full-time $20 - $27 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Paid time off Shift & Schedule - Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7 AM - 5 PM | Friday: 10 AM - 12 PM.
