Licensed Practical Nurse

Assist in delivering high-quality patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Guide patients through appointments, provide nursing services during care, and conduct phone triage. Participate in care planning discussions with healthcare providers to determine urgency and coordinate care. Triages emergent care situations to appropriate providers and schedules acute care appointments to optimize patient outcomes and unit efficiency. Maintain smooth flow of provider schedules during patient sessions, minimizing wait times. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required.
