Your Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough patient assessments, recommend diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, familial, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with established physicians based on credentials
• Provide education to patients and their families concerning wellness, prevention strategies, and various disease management practices
• Prescribe pertinent medications and devise therapeutic approaches within your recognized capabilities
• Engage in chronic disease management and follow-up with patients
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded and seamless patient care
• Diligently document all patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications and Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) credential
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Licensing and Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington state
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or another specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
