Flow, a real estate brand and technology platform, seeks a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead cost control and procurement for development projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and manage contract administration to keep projects within budget. Ideal background includes a Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree with 5–8+ years in quantity surveying or procurement within large-scale development, including familiarity with BIM and #J-18808-Ljbffr Flow
