Your precision and layout skills help ensure the structural integrity of every finished product. Your responsibilities include:Laying out, aligning, and fitting steel parts according to blueprints and shop drawingsTack welding components prior to final weldMeasuring and verifying dimensions for accuracyOperating overhead cranes and hand/power tools safelyMaintaining a clean, organized work areaFollowing all safety protocols and contributing to a high-performing teamWhat You BringWe're looking for detail-oriented, dependable tradespeople who are ready to make an impact.Ideal candidates have:1+ year of layout or fitting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and layout toolsFamiliarity with tack welding and fabrication processesExperience using overhead cranes, grinders, and cutting toolsHigh school diploma or GED requiredA strong safety mindset and pride in quality workmanshipYour Work Has PurposeFrom lighting city streets to powering rural communities, the products you help build directly support everyday life.
