Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather an accurate understanding of clients' mental health concerns, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored specifically to the client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently tracking their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients who may encounter barriers to in-person visits, ensuring they receive uninterrupted support.

• Maintain precise documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while focusing on clinical excellence.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills, including attending workshops or engaging in peer consultation groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Infinity Wellness Center’s clientele encompasses a wide array of individuals dealing with mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed mental health counselor in our practice, you will play a key role in supporting these clients to navigate their mental health journey, utilizing your expertise to provide individualized and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships and trust with clients.
