CHAGEE is excited to expand to the US market, and this is your chance to be part of an exhilarating journey as we deliver the taste of authentic tea culture to America.Benefits:Eligible for discretionary bonus (determined by the management team based upon metrics and dependent upon continued employment at the time of payout)401k with company match (Full-time employees)Medical Benefits - 90% covered for full-time employees and 70% for dependentsVision & Dental benefits - 100% covered for full-time employeesPaid trainingFree Tea per shiftFlexible scheduleIn this role, you will:Manage a fantastic team:Ensure every team member is able to deliver high-quality and excellent customer serviceEnsure the team is able to deliver consistent product qualityMake sure all store level operation tools are used and followed to operational standardsTrain and manage the training progress of all new store employeesCoach Shift Leads & Baristas by conducting On-Job-Training (OJT)Plan store schedule and assign team members to specific shifts and dutiesMonitor staff’s attendance and punctualityManage all staff issues including staff discipline and performance reviewsHandle customer feedback with sincerity and coach team members on creating solutions and remediesResponsible for store cash handling matters based on rules and regulations set forth by the companyManage Stores Sales Performance:Set, manage, and report on sales performance goalsAssist in marketing & promotional activities to attract top talent and drive revenue targetsLead Inventory Management:Ensure store inventory is arranged and managed properlyForecast inventory usage and deliveryOrder necessary inventory when supplies are lowWork and manage all vendor relationshipsExperience and Skills You Will Need:Be a Passionate tea lover!2+ years of People Management experience in a food & beverage store environmentPrevious Barista experience: 2+ years (preferred)ServSafe Manager Training Required (Company can assist)Have excellent communications and leadership skillsBe a fast learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidaysAbility to travel to other store locations or training facilities within a 30 mile radius as neededWork well as part of a team with strong work ethicBe willing to learn other responsibilities and ad-hoc assignmentsBe available to participate in company’s training when necessaryAbility to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manualsEssential Physical Requirements:Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or departmentMay involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stoopingFrequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactionsFrequently lift/move up to 25lbsShifts available:Morning/Day ShiftAfternoon ShiftNight/Evening ShiftWeekendsDon't miss out on this incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of CHAGEE's expansion into the US market.
