Job Title: Executive Chef

Department: Condesa Restaurant

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position leads all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency. Partners with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and business performance.

• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.
• Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies
• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety
• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Prior experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, labor planning, scheduling, and operational reporting.
