Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview The company is headquartered in Dallas, TX, and is a technology and strategy consultancy that helps clients gain a competitive edge by solving complex problems with data, software, and strategy. It specializes in technology strategy, product development, software engineering, digital transformation, AI, MLOps, and data engineering, serving clients in AgTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and Financial Services. Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite 4 days a week. Compensation expectation: $70,000 – $100,000. What You'll Do Recruiting Coordination & Execution Support full-cycle recruiting for open roles across the firm—coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and track pipeline status. Work with internal recruiters to incorporate qualified candidates into the recruiting intake process. Prepare and send offer letters, coordinate background checks, and ensure all pre‑hire steps are completed accurately and on time. Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate records; generate basic recruiting reports and pipeline summaries as needed. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions that reflect role requirements and company culture. Help coordinate relationships with external staffing vendors and campus recruiting partners under guidance from leadership. Onboarding & New Hire Integration Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding process—schedule orientations, prepare welcome materials, and ensure Day1 logistics run smoothly. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first weeks, answering questions and connecting them to the right resources. Partner with internal teams to ensure equipment, system access, and introductory meetings are arranged ahead of each start date. Administer new hire feedback surveys and check‑ins at key milestones (30/60/90days); compile results and share findings with the HR team. Help maintain and update onboarding documentation, checklists, and templates to keep materials current and relevant. Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Support Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set expectations on process and timelines, and keep them informed on candidate status. Schedule and coordinate interviews, debrief sessions, and hiring decisions; ensure all stakeholders have the materials and information they need. Participate in people team meetings and projects, bringing a collaborative mindset and willingness to take on cross‑functional tasks. Systems & Process Support Maintain accurate data in internal systems; flag process gaps or inconsistencies to leadership. Incorporate AI to streamline the recruiting process through automation. Assist with updating careers page content and job postings to ensure they are accurate and reflect the firm’s culture. Support special projects such as employer branding initiatives, university recruiting events, or process improvement efforts as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition. Familiarity with end‑to‑end recruiting process; experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding with candidates and internal stakeholders. Detail‑oriented with a process‑improvement mindset. Genuine interest in the professional services or technology sector and enthusiasm for building a career in talent. Preferred Prior exposure to a professional services, consulting, or technology company environment. Experience supporting technical role hiring (engineering, cloud, data, or architecture positions). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools. Experience coordinating onboarding logistics or new hire orientation programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
