About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping patients move confidently from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You'll serve as a trusted guide, clearly communicating treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps while ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Present treatment plans and explain recommended care in a clear, supportive manner Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options Help patients make informed decisions about their oral health Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules Build strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to support seamless patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation What We Offer We believe in investing in our team members and providing the resources needed for personal and professional success.
