About The Role – Reservations Coordinator A Reservations Coordinator handles guest room reservation requests, provides information on facilities and the local area, blocks rooms, enters group rooming lists, posts prepayments, bills no‑show reservations, answers incoming calls, and manages guest mail, faxes and messages. Responsibilities Knowledge of Hyatt, Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond Luxury Standards and Service Expectations. Professional, personalized and engaging luxury service required. Respond quickly to guest service opportunities and recovery, logging and notifying proper areas where appropriate and taking ownership of the recovery process with leadership support. Answer incoming calls to the resort, type efficiently, maintain a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. Correspond with guests professionally before, during and after their stay. Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, Reserve, HotSOS, Zingle, Open Table, Infrasys, Micros, Book4Time, Alice (Go Concierge) preferred. Wage Information Hourly rate: $24.00. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within hotels and/or food & beverage. Excellent mathematical, written, spoken, technical and computer skills. Desire to build a career in hospitality preferred. Attention to detail, speed, accuracy; ability to prioritize, organize and follow up. Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously; thorough in action and communication. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications. Highly responsible, reliable, trustworthy, handling high expectations with guests. Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team. Remain calm, courteous, focused on guest needs at all times. Confident personality with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
