Operations Manager

Operations Manager SBX is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dispatch operations. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in a fast paced transportation environment and enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping freight moving. You will play a key role in the day to day success of our operations while helping build the foundation for our continued growth. Location Woodruff, SC Company Southern Belle Xpress, SBX Responsibilities Oversee daily dispatch operations from pickup through delivery. Coordinate with customers, carriers, drivers, and our sales team. Ensure shipments are on time with proactive, professional communication. Build and maintain strong carrier relationships. Resolve service issues quickly and effectively. Improve operational processes and help drive efficiency. Monitor performance and maintain a high level of customer service. Qualifications 2+ years of transportation, logistics, brokerage, or dispatch experience. Strong understanding of truckload operations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast paced environment. Self motivated, accountable, and solution oriented.
