Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III)

Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) Pay Range: $27.02 - $39.18 per hour. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30. Location 100% onsite with hybrid flexibility: up to two days remote per week. What You’ll Be Doing Provide world-class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations. Provide detailed information and promote credit union products and services to build relationships. Process transactions in areas of savings, consumer loans, real estate loans and auxiliary credit union services. Deliver world-class face-to-face service to members requesting account assistance. Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing members’ needs, addressing concerns, and gaining agreement. Process new memberships, additional shares accounts, savings services, loan requests, and loan fundings as requested by member. Perform advanced research on accounts to identify and correct member account problems. Complete documentation for accounts and loans according to credit union procedures. Maintain cash and negotiable items. May act as branch liaison to support departments. Provide suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Perform various file maintenance including processing requests for a change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards, etc. May take on vault custodian duties as assigned. Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including BSA regulations corresponding to specific job duties. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of prior related experience required. Notary License required. Participation in CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
