Duties

Help

Processing PIV credentials for CMS employees and contractors through enrollment, issuance, post-issuance, and credential lifecycle support.
Administering the agencywide PIV induction program and ensuring applicant documentation and credentialing actions meet federal and agency requirements.
Initiating and coordinating background investigations, reviewing fingerprint results and required forms, and processing reciprocity cases.
Analyzing credentialing operations, tracking data, and customer service results to identify improvements and recommend procedural changes.
Coordinating credentialing and personnel security support for new employee orientation, position sensitivity designations, contract requirements, and special projects.
