If you're looking for a place where your skills make a difference and you can build a rewarding career, Bauer Built offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that's built to last.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory controlServe as a hands-on leader, setting an example for safety, productivity, and quality standardsAssign and monitor tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily goalsTrain new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team membersEnsure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and toolsCommunicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and coordinate workflowEnforce safety protocols and company policies consistentlyDelivery driver duties as assigned.Tire Technician work as needed.What You Bring:2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentPrevious experience in a lead or supervisory role preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentBasic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plusMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periodsWhat We Offer:401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%)Comprehensive health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 60 daysWeekly PayPaid Vacation, within 6 monthsPaid Holidays, eligible Day 1Short-term DisabilityLife Insurance, both company-paid and voluntaryPaid UniformsProfessional development and learning opportunities
