Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health, using standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and goals, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client needs.

• Diligently monitor clients’ progress and reevaluate treatment strategies as necessary, maintaining flexibility to adapt approaches based on evolving client situations.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and rapid assessment protocols.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information in compliance with HIPAA, ensuring the highest ethical standards are upheld.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers, facilitating comprehensive and coordinated care across disciplines.

Qualifications\n
