Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate diagnosis and service recommendations. Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance. Educate customers about service options, pricing, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout the service process. Requirements Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
