Role Overview: As a Commission Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by driving enrollment in our esthetician training programs. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing strong relationships with beauty professionals, and effectively communicating the benefits of our classes. Your passion for the industry, combined with your sales expertise, will contribute to the expansion of our training facility's reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, including estheticians, beauty salons, spas, and individuals interested in the skills to grow in a new career or advance skills in what they are currently lacking. The Training is available for everyone wanting to learn.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our training programs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
• Collaborate with our team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our training facility.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve and exceed your sales targets and goals.
• Provide feedback from the field to help refine and improve our training programs and sales approaches.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Proven experience in business development, sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated
• Sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus

We offer commission pay, and a flexible working schedule. As with any Commission Pay, Sky is the limit.

Job Type: Contract Salary: $39,440.46 - $70,498.19 per year
