What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist As part of our collaborative team, you will: Evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse needs, including developmental delays, neurological conditions, sensory processing challenges, and more. Create customized care plans to help your clients thrive in daily activities like play, education, self-care, and social participation. Collect and document clinical progress while keeping up with HIPAA guidelines and ethical practices. Who You Are as an Occupational Therapist Youre an enthusiastic OT with: Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. A knack for promoting independence with gross/fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and cognitive development. Strong communication and organizational skills to connect with clients, families, and your team. A commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices. A license to practice in Texas and adherence to the Texas Practice Act & Rules and AOTA Code of Ethics. Why Join Us?
