Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate

What you’ll do as a Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations Execute sportsbook strategy across live sports windows, identifying key moments and bringing them to market in real time. Partner with Social, Customer Relationship Management, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support go-to-market campaigns, live moment activation, and promotional execution. Support on-site merchandising efforts, including content placement, prioritization, and optimization across sports and promotional surfaces. Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive fast, aligned execution across all customer touchpoints. Support game day operations, ensuring smooth execution while responding to live moments, promotions, and in-game opportunities, including nights and weekends during peak seasons (for example, NFL and college football). Maintain and improve the centralized organization of initiatives, timelines, and performance tracking to ensure clear visibility across teams. Use data to support sport-specific strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization and informing key decisions. Contribute to key moments and campaigns across a variety of sports throughout the year. What you’ll bring At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer-facing environment. A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics, with interest across multiple leagues. The ability to operate effectively in real-time, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. A data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and identify actionable insights. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams without direct ownership.
