Legal Assistant

$18 - $23 per hour

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant in our Anchorage, AK office.

This a full-time, in-office position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.

What You'll Do:

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
Process daily mail, download files from TrueFile, scan, and upload to JST, action code, skip tracing, and printing and mailing documents to parties.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Prior law firm experience-preferred
Basic knowledge of civil litigation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
