Penn community Bank seeks an experienced Senior Credit Analyst/Manager to lead a team that underwrites complex CRE, C&I and construction lending. You will prepare detailed credit memorandums, formulate approvals, and drive risk mitigation. You will coach analysts, ensure policy compliance, and manage workflows for loan originations and reviews.
