We are looking for an experienced Light Industrial Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Edison, NJ!
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, and general labor positions.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing high-volume recruitment and coordinating placements.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in light industrial recruitment or staffing is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $50K - $60K (DOE)
