Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job TitleScope of Responsibilities: Works under direction supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.Job SummaryResponsible for receiving all deliveries at the loading dock, preparing and shipping packages accurately and in a timely manner, performing quality assurance checks on all shipped packages, handing off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the day.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:Answer the door at the loading dock and receive all incoming deliveriesPrepare and maintain adequate stocking levels of all shipping suppliesPackage final prescription orders for delivery to customerInspects final contents of package and order contentsHand off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the dayAssist with the upkeep and cleanliness of each work station and the facilityMaintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisorResponsible to maintain all quality assurances as they are givenAssist in orienting and training new employees on all shipping and QA protocolsResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAttendance Requirements:Must be able to work nights and weekends as requiredMust be available, and on-time for scheduled work shiftsEducational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDExperience:Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related positionSpecial Conditions of Employment:Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionJob Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust possess a valid Driver's License in good standingJob Skill Requirements:Strong communication skillsExcellent organization skillsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeRequires the ability to stand throughout most of the shiftLimited lifting up to 60 lbs.Compensation:$16.50 - 17.80 an hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
