The Representative, Centralized Applicant Services is responsible for the administrative processing of prospective tenant applications across the Apartments Division. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner, addressing applicant inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps, and adjusting ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.

Additional skills include strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Preferred education is a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience. Compensation starts at $26.73.
