Job Description Financial Planning & Budget Management Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor budget performance and provide timely analysis of key variances. Support business leaders in developing financial plans and achieving operational goals. Maintain financial models and planning tools to support decision-making. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management. Develop management presentations and reporting materials for leadership teams. Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed. Banking & Treasury Support Coordinate banking-related activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions. Support cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financing initiatives. Assist with financial information requests and compliance reporting requirements. Monitor and maintain key financial schedules and supporting documentation. Dashboard & KPI Management Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and performance reporting tools. Monitor key business and financial KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and reporting accuracy. Support the implementation of reporting automation and business intelligence solutions.
