About the Role Quantum Industrial Services is looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter who can take ownership of recruiting while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. The role is ideal for someone who understands the construction or skilled trades industry and can attract and hire the right talent in a competitive labor market. The successful candidate will support broader HR functions—including employee relations, HR programs, and policy support—while working closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, manage the recruiting process from start to finish, and maintain a solid HR foundation as the company expands. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing full‑cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers Partnering with department leaders to understand workforce needs and support hiring plans Building pipelines of qualified candidates within construction, industrial services, and skilled trades Maintaining and updating job postings and recruiting documentation Conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers Supporting onboarding and assisting with new employee orientation Assisting with employee relations matters, including guidance to managers and addressing employee concerns Helping interpret and enforce HR policies and procedures across departments Supporting HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement programs Assisting with benefits administration and responding to employee HR inquiries Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies Supporting HR projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) 3+ years of Human Resources experience with significant recruiting responsibility Experience recruiting in construction, industrial services, or skilled trades strongly preferred Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting strategies Experience partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers How You Work Strong communicator who can build relationships across departments Organized and able to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working with both field operations and office leadership Professional and discreet when handling confidential information Proactive and solutions‑oriented when challenges arise Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HR team What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Generous paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision A stable, growing company with long‑term opportunities The ability to play a key role in building and growing the company’s workforce Direct collaboration with leadership and department managers A practical, team‑focused work environment where people support each other #J-18808-Ljbffr SupportFinity™
