IT Support Analyst

Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide dedicated technical support for a local warehouse environment. This individual will serve as the primary on-site technology resource for approximately 40-50 warehouse employees, supporting roughly 60 thin clients, 100 handheld scanners, printers, mobile devices, conference room technologies, and various peripheral equipment. The ideal candidate is highly independent, reliable, customer-focused, and committed to providing exceptional technical support while maintaining detailed documentation and device inventory records. This role requires occasional travel of up to 25% to manufacturing plants for installations and on-site support activities. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including personal computers, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, tablets, and related peripherals. Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, deployment, and refresh activities for new hires and existing employees. Support Windows environments and mobile device platforms, including iOS and Android devices. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computers, laptops, scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other warehouse technology equipment. Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades, and repairs as needed. Maintain optimal performance of all supported devices and peripherals. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, scanners, multifunction devices, and handheld scanning equipment. Monitor device performance and proactively address operational issues to minimize downtime. Support warehouse operations through reliable printing and scanning solutions. Support conference room technologies including video conferencing systems, displays, speakerphones, microphones, and audio equipment. Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and other collaboration platforms. Support mobile device deployment, enrollment, security, application management, and troubleshooting. Assist users with device configuration and best practices. Utilize remote support tools and ticketing systems to effectively manage incidents and service requests. Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution. Build strong relationships with warehouse personnel and business stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in End User Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a related technical support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and mobile device management platforms (iOS and Android). Experience with printer and scanner installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Knowledge of conference room technologies and video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx. Experience with device imaging, deployment, and configuration management tools. Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise software deployment processes. Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a warehouse environment with minimal supervision. Ability to travel up to 25% to manufacturing facilities for on-site support and installation activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Walnut, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
