The Role We’re seeking a talented Web3 Brand Designer to join our creative team, working closely with our Senior Creative Director. This is a dynamic, mid-level position for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand identity and web design. You’ll bring Web3 brands to life through compelling visuals and user-centric digital experiences, contributing to projects that shape the future of blockchain technology. What You’ll Do Design bold brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines, that resonate with Web3 audiences. Create and maintain responsive, engaging websites for clients, ensuring seamless alignment with their brand vision. Develop UI/UX designs for web applications, dApps, and NFT marketplaces that simplify complex blockchain interactions. Produce eye-catching social media graphics, pitch decks, and marketing assets tailored for platforms like Twitter (X), Telegram, and Discord. Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and clients to translate ideas into impactful designs, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Stay ahead of design trends and Web3 innovations to deliver cutting‑edge solutions. What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in branding and web design, with a portfolio showcasing your best work. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. Strong grasp of branding principles, web design best practices, and responsive UI/UX. Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries—a passion for decentralized tech is a plus!
