Account Executive

Hybrid: New York City or San Francisco

A high-growth fintech/crypto infrastructure company is looking for an outstanding Account Executive to help build out their Sales function from the ground up.

About the Company

A well-funded startup operating at the intersection of fintech and digital assets, building the leading global platform for seamless fiat-to-crypto access, including stablecoins and blockchain payments infrastructure. Core team from leading fintech and tech companies. Marquee enterprise customers. Rapidly growing.

The Role

You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers. You are a powerful storyteller who can connect products with customer needs and goals. You are comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and thrive as an early team member working alongside senior leaders to make high-impact decisions.

You have drive, hunger, and intellectual rigor. You are an owner.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Own outbound and inbound pipelines across multiple channels
  • Run consultative sales calls and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with product, marketing, and customer success
  • Help onboard and shape the next set of sales team members
  • Own a quota and help the company achieve its revenue targets

What You'll Bring

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or developer tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with technical buyers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
  • Experience selling to product or engineering teams
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline tracking and forecasting

Nice to Have

  • Experience or demonstrated interest in crypto, payments, or stablecoins
  • Technical acumen: ability to read and discuss APIs
  • Deep understanding of sales and post-sales lifecycle tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent track record of overachievement
