Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Inspector II, ANS

THE WORK

Provide daily site inspection reports to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes. Coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies. Monitor and document contractor resource utilization (labor, materials and equipment) for field changes, time and material work, and assist with negotiation of basic field construction changes. Regularly attend and participate in construction meetings, safety meetings/updates and project site coordination meetings. Verify equipment and materials installation. Measure and record pay quantities. Review the contractor’s schedule. Coordinate 3rd‑party special material testing inspections. Review and provide input on potential change order issues. Maintain project records including safety documentation. Manage project photographic records. Conduct verification of field surveys. Maintain a daily report of all work site activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Compensation: $30 - $35 an hour. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience. In lieu of a degree, the candidate must have at least 5 years of construction‑related experience. Compliance with company vehicle policy is required or be willing to travel to various project areas as needed. Possess solid negotiation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to problems, along with a high level of math aptitude. Ability to multi‑task several priorities and possess solid time management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
