By mentoring team members, maintaining quality standards, and helping drive strategic initiatives, you'll contribute to meaningful outcomes for both clients and employees.What you'll doAs a Program Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Program Director to support staff development, operational success, and program growth. Day to day, you can expect to:Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing development for team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and support with evidence-based practice implementationCoordinate day-to-day program operations, manage caseload distribution, facilitate staff meetings, and identify staffing needs to ensure effective service deliverySupport compliance efforts by monitoring documentation, service authorizations, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policiesAssist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team cultureContribute to budget planning, strategic initiatives, marketing activities, and regional development efforts that support program growth and sustainabilityParticipate in quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement efforts while providing direct services to families as neededWhat to expectThis is a dynamic leadership role that combines staff supervision, operational oversight, and program development. You'll work closely with Program Directors, direct service providers, referral partners, and community stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.Success in this position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a passion for helping teams grow and succeed. You'll have opportunities to mentor staff, improve program performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen services for children and families.QualificationsWe welcome candidates who bring strong leadership skills and a passion for service and meet the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related disciplineMinimum of two years of experience in a related field working with children, families, community services, behavioral health, or educational programsSupervisory or leadership experience preferredExperience with case management, community-based services, staff development, or program operations preferredStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skillsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance requiredBe well with usWe know that people who support others need support, too.
