About the Role The client is seeking a high‑impact GTM specialist to lead enterprise customer acquisition and expansion across the U.S. market. This role owns strategic accounts, drives complex AI adoption cycles, and plays a key part in shaping commercial strategy as the organization scales. Ideal candidates thrive in technical, high‑growth, customer‑centric environments. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth Manage the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts (prospecting → negotiation → closing → expansion). Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain a multi‑million‑euro pipeline across priority verticals. GTM Execution & Market Development Develop regional GTM strategies for key industries and high‑value customer segments. Identify and pursue new opportunities across AI, cloud, security, data, and integration use cases. Represent the client at C‑suite and senior technical levels. Cross‑Functional Leadership Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to shape customer‑centric offerings. Lead cross‑functional deal teams to ensure smooth commercial and technical execution. Provide structured customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions. Customer Engagement & Success Build and nurture long‑term, multi‑level relationships within enterprise accounts. Support successful deployment and adoption of AI/ML solutions. Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Proven ability to exceed quotas and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders (ideally €500k–€5M+). Experience engaging C‑level executives and technical decision makers. Familiarity with modern GTM strategies for LLMs, infrastructure, or AI‑driven products. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities. Fluency in English (additional EU languages are a strong plus). Preferred Qualifications Experience in high‑growth startups or in launching new regions/products. Background in AI/ML or enterprise data/IT environments. Experience across U.S. markets. Compensation $120,000‑$140,000/year. Plus commission.
