This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing therapy to clients in the community. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, including the possibility of some evening and weekend hours to better serve our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges and strengths, guiding treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals tailored to the needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create individualized client-centered treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, and establishing safety plans as necessary to support clients in distress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and enhance clients' therapeutic experiences.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
