About ARDRI

ARDRI is a growing Non-QM mortgage lender focused on delivering innovative products, competitive pricing, and a faster, more efficient lending experience for our broker partners.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Funding Manager who can lead our funding operation, develop a high-performing team, and ensure loans move efficiently from clear-to-close through funding.

The Opportunity

The Funding Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day funding operation and ensuring loans are funded accurately, efficiently, and on time

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the pace and complexity of Non-QM lending and knows how to build processes that support significant production volume.

The ideal candidate is a strong mortgage operations leader who doesn't simply manage a workflow — they take ownership of the outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Funding team and daily funding operations
• Oversee loans from clear-to-close through final funding
• Ensure funding packages are accurate, complete, and compliant with company and investor requirements
• Monitor funding pipelines, deadlines, and potential closing issues
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve turn times
• Establish and maintain efficient funding procedures and controls
• Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Capital Markets
• Escalate and resolve funding issues quickly and effectively
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and service levels
• Train, coach, and develop funding staff
• Establish accountability and performance expectations within the department
• Help develop scalable processes as ARDRI's production volume grows
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and broker partners when necessary
• Ensure funding activities remain aligned with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Provide management with regular reporting and insight into funding performance

What We're Looking For

Required

• Proven experience in mortgage funding or mortgage operations
• Management or leadership experience within a mortgage environment
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Strong understanding of closing and funding requirements
• Non-QM mortgage experience

Preferred

• Experience working for a wholesale or correspondent lender
• Experience managing a high-volume funding department
• Familiarity with Non-QM investor requirements
• Experience implementing or improving operational processes
• Experience working with modern mortgage technology and LOS platforms
