Program Manager II, New Product Introduction, Cloud Supply Chain Manufacturing

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in manufacturing. Experience with supply chain management. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects. Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life. Experience with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance. Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization, with experience leading cross‑functional process improvements. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Lead large, complex, cross‑functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and/or product transitions. Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
