Clinical Supervisor - Breast Center and Radiation Oncology - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor for outpatient departments in a renowned healthcare setting. In this role, you will assist the Nurse Manager or Director in planning, organizing, and overseeing unit operations, ensuring high-quality nursing care and compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising caregivers, managing activities, maintaining clinical competence, and supporting the delivery of patient-centered care.
