An HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
- Ability to work independently - this person will be on project sites 100% of the time - travel expectations around other project sites within Texas as well
- Heavy employee relations experience
- Union experience a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
