This full-time contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about student wellness and growth, eager to bring their expertise in both Spanish and English to a dynamic educational team. In this itinerant role, you’ll provide support across multiple school sites, delivering high-quality psychological evaluations and interventions for students from early childhood through high school.

In this rewarding opportunity, you’ll work directly with diverse students, collaborating with educators and families to ensure every learner receives individualized support. Your fluency in Spanish and English will be essential as you serve a varied caseload and participate in ARD meetings, advocating for student needs and promoting their academic and social-emotional success.

Qualifications:

• Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologist
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with professional proficiency
• Previous experience in a school-based setting
• Ability to travel between assigned schools
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting with the Texas Education Agency if needed (up to 7-day clearance period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete psychological and educational evaluations for students aged 3-18
• Participate in ARD meetings as a vital team member
• Support a monthly caseload of approximately nine students
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Champion a safe, inclusive environment for all learners
