This full-time contract opportunity near Garland invites a committed, bilingual (Spanish and English) School Psychologist or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to support a diverse student population. In this itinerant position, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators while providing direct services to students from early childhood (ages 3-5) through to 12th grade.

What you'll bring:

• Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
• Fluency in both Spanish and English; bilingual communication is essential
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings, supporting students with diverse needs
• Comfort traveling between multiple school sites as assigned
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of approximately 9 students per month and attend ARD meetings
• In-depth understanding of multi-tiered support systems, Psychoeducational evaluations, and best practices in student advocacy

Your core responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across various schools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in ARD meetings
• Deliver culturally responsive services to both students and families
• Document findings, develop intervention recommendations, and guide wraparound supports
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, including timely completion of fingerprinting via TEA

This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule (7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week) for the 2026-2027 school year, with stability from August through early June. You'll have the rewarding experience of helping unlock potential for students at different developmental stages.
