Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role as a bilingual Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the Garland, TX area, where your expertise will directly support students from early childhood through high school. This contract position requires on-site presence and fluency in both Spanish and English, ensuring a meaningful impact with a diverse student population across multiple campuses.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential, current and in good standing as issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
• Demonstrated experience providing psychological services in a school setting
• Ability to support students ages 3 through 18, adapting to varied developmental needs
• Familiarity with completing comprehensive student evaluations and participating in ARD meetings
• Willingness and ability to serve as an itinerant psychologist, traveling between assigned schools as needed
• Successful completion of TEA fingerprinting and background clearance (if required for new district assignment)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments and provide targeted support for a monthly caseload of approximately 9 students
• Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and ARD committees to develop and implement individualized educational plans
• Deliver culturally responsive, bilingual psychological services and interventions
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, adhering to district and legal requirements
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive and inclusive school environment for all students

This is a full-time opportunity, with a 37.5-hour work week, running from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027.
