Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare financial statements and internal reports.
- Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
- Utilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
