Staff Accountant: GAAP, Budgeting & Close Expert

West Grove, PA

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staff Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and strong Excel skills to support general accounting functions. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, discrepancy analysis, and AP/AR processing. Ideal candidates will have GAAP knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and audit support, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
