Details ER Holding unit within a hospital setting Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Patient ratio of 1:3 Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-7:30, 36 hours per week Epic charting system experience preferred Requirements Active OH or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required ER experience required, with ER holding, MS/Tele, or PCU/Stepdown experience also acceptable Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager/director or supervisor and the second from a charge RN or above (no coworker references accepted) Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Locals accepted at the same rate Former employees eligible for a travel assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at this health system RTO must be requested at time of submission and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing the contract, with specific instructions provided by the credentialing team These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
