Operations Associate

We are searching for a high-impact, dynamic Operations Associate. This position is a hands-on member of the Operations team responsible for packaging customer orders, receiving incoming material, preparing outbound shipments, handling and storing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical activity, teamwork, and the ability to work with urgency while following Quality Standards. Operations Associates help ensure the correct material is received, handled, packaged, documented, and shipped accurately and on time. Qualifications and skills: Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in material handling, inventory, order processing, and documentation. Dependability: Consistently arrives ready to work and follows assigned tasks through completion. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical warehouse work including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and repetitive movements. Technical Ability: Ability to learn warehouse management systems and basic computer applications. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and teammates. Organization: Ability to maintain an orderly work area and properly manage materials, tools, and inventory. Teamwork: Willingness to work cooperatively with others and assist where needed.
